NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN to each and every person who owns, occupies or controls land in the Town of Vienna, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, to cut or destroy all CANADA THISTLE, LEAFY SPURGE, and FIELD BINDWEED (commonly known as Creeping Jenny), and any other such weeds defined as noxious by County or Local Ordinance or Resolution on all lands owned, occupied or controlled by you in the said municipality at such time and in such manner as shall effectively prevent them from bearing seed, or spreading to adjoining property, as required by Section 66.0407 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
